We’re excited to welcome renters back into our studio. With affordable rates designed to support both not-for-profit companies and independent artists, our space is here to serve the community.

We’re located at 388 Queen Street East, Unit 3, Toronto, just east of Parliament with the entrance located on Trefann.
Our wheelchair-accessible, 470 sq. ft. studio is ideal for small-cast rehearsals, meetings, workshops, and readings. Renters have access to free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and sink. A wheelchair-accessible washroom is also available.

Below are the rental rates. After filling out this rental request form,  you will receive an email from Cahoots Staff confirming your rental rate(s) along with a terms and conditions form.

$18/hour +HST
Discounted Daily Rate - 8 hours ● $140 +HST
Discounted Weekly Rate - 8 hours for 5 days ● $700 +HST

Regular Rates - For general artists and not-for-profit companies.
$20/hour +HST
Regular Daily Rate - 8 hours ● $150 +HST
Regular Weekly Rate - 8 hours for 5 days ● $750 +HST

Corporate Rates - For for-profit companies.
$25/hour + HST
Company Daily Rate - 8 hours  ● $200 +HST
Company Weekly Rate - 8 hours for 5 days  ● $1000 +HST

Indigenous Artists Rate
Indigenous artists and majority Indigenous artists collectives (in which a minimum of 51% of the collective identifies as Indigenous) are invited to book our studio at no cost.
